A gift for Kataluna is a gift for Horses in need.

Kataluna Horse Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated towards helping slaughter bound horses and rescuing them from feedlot and auction yards mainly based in the Pacific Northwest, however, we help horses across the country. We vow to help any horse in need to the best of our abilities, however, focus specifically on the ones who have endured that physical and emotional trauma, then bring them into our ranch to help them heal and rehabilitate through giving them the freedom of choice and their option to trust us again, ensure proper feed, farrier, and veterinary care for each horse to ultimately find forever-loving homes specified for that horse. Kataluna has recently started opening our doors as well to extreme medical cases as well as hospice care. Since opening in 2018 we have successfully rescued and changed the lives of over 100 horses!

Donations made to Kataluna Horse Rescue, unless specifically designated by the donor, are used for organizational operating expenses, including vet care, farrier care, feed such as hay and grain, housing, and bail fees for rescuing horses off local feedlot and auction yards.
